With more than half a century of tradition and hard work, “Residencial Los Girasoles S.A.” was born for the sale of the first real estate development in the town of Tequisquiapan, Querétaro. Located in down town’s Tequisquiapan and known as “Manantiales del Prado”.
After the business success, the founder of Los Girasoles, Mr. Ángel Merino, decided to evolve the concept on a wooded land of almost 131,000 sq ft, completely fenced and with a large pool in the center.
Now a days, Residencial Los Girasoles is a reality, a private, safe and fully urbanized development within Tequisquiapan, where residences have been built, as well as the Premier Villas.
